Our Promise
We offer an effortless service to our clients with excellent communication, sample collections, delivery updates, and accurate reporting.
Our field officers can assist clients with the collection of milk samples and delivery of new sample containers. We communicate directly with couriers for first hand updates on delivery and collection.
We provide accurate reports that are neat and easy to read and in a format that can easily be captured on any electronic milk system.
Our Standards
In collaboration with Prof. Inge-Marié Petzer, we aim to be the leading Milk Laboratory in southern Africa and to serve the agricultural community with accurate testing and analysis for the agricultural industry.
Our laboratory uses international Gold standards to ensure the accuracy of the instruments at an international level and participate in the local Ring Test PT Schemes run by an accredited laboratory, tested by infrared and chemical analyses to establish accurate reference values.
